Due to the BLC Rework yesterday, i got a free key like everyone and from the chest i recieved the phantom glider…

In case you unlock skins, you can’t use (already have unlocked) you get a new key – but when recieving content, which you literally cannot use, you get nothing.

Plus the Glider is Accountbound on Acquire..

Yeah, that sounds like a bit of an oversight on the part of the devs but I bet they won’t be rushing to fix it because, as stated above, it acts as a small incentive to buy HoT.

I’ve got a non-HoT account that has some HoT currencies because of harvesting nodes in other folks’ home instances.
