Currently the Commander Name/Tag blends in with the player/character name text in squads. I’ve been on missions where the party was on three different instances. And, since the Commander isn’t given precedence when the names are listed, nor is the list in any particular order (i.e. not alphabetical) it is sometimes difficult to locate the commander of the party to join them on said instance.

An apparent simple solution would be to add a color code to either the Commander’s name/tag so it would stand out in the list.

I agree that commander icon should have a little chevron or easily identifiable icon in the squad window.
Lieutenants could also have a special identification icon.

I don’t know if it’s already the case and commander just never use it but It would also be good if subgroups made our name a different color than the rest of the squad. It would make it easier to regroup with the right people. Especially in big guild or openworld and wvw where we don’t personally know everyone and their name.

Better way to identify our own name in the squad would also be useful.
