Is there some kind of refer a friends system in guild wars 2?
My friend wants to get into Guild Wars 2 and I was just wonder if the was a referral system that we could use.

Only certain periods does ANet allow us to do so, they did it 3 weeks or so. Stay tuned and they might with some coming LS content!
