Question, since dyes are going to be account bound now, can I delete my character to do a free world transfer and still retain the dyes?

I think that if you delete your character prior to the 15th then you will not have the dyes unlocked. You will have to wait for the feature pack, log onto your character and then you can delete him/her at will.
