Currently I have two of these rings. One ring has +44 to all stats (infused) and the other has +46 to all stats (unfused) .

Question: Does the ring, or any ascended ring for that matter, lose stats if it gets infused or is this a bug?

Are you sure that both are rings and not a ring and an earring?
EDIT: Also, are you sure that both are ascended?

This has been brought to attention a few times in Bug Reports. I don’t recall a Dev response, but it may, indeed, be an oversight.

Yeah, looks like a bug, it wasn’t supposed to happen.

I have an infused Solaria that’s also +44 and a non-infused Lunaria that’s +46. I don’t know if the Solaria dropped with the infusion or if I added it in the forge.

I also have a pair of Khilbron’s Phylactery rings. One infused, the other is not. Both have the same stats.

Does anyone know if this is only an issue with celestial?

Also – you can’t use two of the same ascended ring – I thought.

The ascended rings that have been reported to have this bug have all been celestial, as far as I’ve seen. It probably has something to do with the fact that they buffed the stats, and apparently forgot to apply the buff to infused rings like uninfused ones.

You can if only one of them is infused.
