I know everyone is excited about the feature pack, but I feel alone here saying that I am not to thrilled about this update, particularly the wardrobe. I realize it is supposed to make it easier to access all your weapons and armor, but I feel it has ruined the game a bit for me. I want to feel like my characters are unique individuals, like In Guild Wars 1.

I have the option to not use the wardrobe, and I realize that, but knowing that all my items are saved into it takes away from the experience of earning the equipment. Sure its only the appearance (if I’m not mistaken), but I liked the challenge of earning certain gear. It made Guild Wars 2 feel more like an RPG.

It doesn’t matter now. It’s here, and it’s going to stay, whether I or anyone else likes it or not. I really enjoy this game, it has one of THE best communities I have ever seen in an MMO. The community is what makes this game great.

Just want to point out that this is only my opinion about one of the many new features, not the entire bundle.
Enjoy the game!

This is how I felt about the money and karma part of the wallet, and about the thought of shared dyes. It was only after the announcement of the dyes and how they were going to implement the system did I completely cave. It took over a year but I finally realised that Anet are making a game that is very player friendly, not so much character friendly for us RPGers. Its what their aim is and it looks like its working for them. More players want these things than not.

Fire up the Hyperbowl ma, we’re going to town!
