Found this on Pintrest, too godly to be forgotten and not implemented in Guild Wars 2.
Maybe armor as an outfit and weapon as a gem item?

Sigh, yeah I know. Looks nice. I’d love to have it in the game (as armour).

As much as I hate having outfits, I can’t see this being implemented as an armor set (being that it takes 10x the manpower to make an armor set vs an outfit). That being said, I’d love to have this in-game, as well as versions of a lot of gw1 armors.

Emphasis on “implemented in Guild Wars 2”, I’m already aware of it in Guild Wars 1. The image is its concept art after all.

Totally want an armor set of this. But considering what Anet said about armor being very time consuming to develop… I still would heavily dislike an outfit that decides your look for you. I’d be satisfied with just the helmet armor piece. Maybe from there go to shoulders and gauntlets like the Scarlet’s Veil/Spaulders/Grasp.
