Hi,

Out of curiosity I selected deutch as in-game voice, so on the next game launch, the launcher downloaded additional 4GB of data.

I switched back to english voice, but the extra download remained, ofc.

Is it possible to remove the 4GB of deutch voice, preferably without reinstalling the game?

I wouldn’t think so; it’s all part of the .dat file.

Delete the .dat and launch the game again. Its what, 20gb now?

be glad you have that option, most of the world don;t even have a supported language even while the language is spoken in more then one places of the world.
