I don’t want to see the harasser’s comments after I blocked him from further message.
I don’t want to see gold spammer’s messages after I block it.

I can’t see a reason why not to have this.

Pretty sure blocking keeps anyone from messaging you, again. If you look carefully at messages from Gold-sellers, you will find the Account Names are different. (Often, a lot of random letters.)

He’s asking for the messages he received to be “removed” from his screen which he can do himself by conversing with other people or by spamming a few emotes.

edit: they’re never going to be automatically removed because they’re required if you decide to report someone.

Oh. I see. Ok, as you said just spam a few emotes, or minimize the chat window…they fade out, then…I think.

It’s no different than seeing emotes of blocked people, it makes no sense and it’s been requested since launch. Instead we get crappy helms and other useless items in the gem shop.

They would still have the logs server side; what he’s saying is that he doesn’t need to see them client side.
