Removing MF from Celestial
the main attraction to celestial gear is the MF, if they got rid of the MF and didn’t put split the points between the remaining stats, there wouldn’t be much point in wearing it at all.
If they just remove the MF stat without raising the other stats I know I’ll be pretty upset.
Or they could add a boon duration modifier, or a condition duration modifier, and so on. I doubt they will increase the other stats.

+1 for boon duration and condition duration. Small amounts of both or a large amount of one or the other.
There is very little gear that has either of these stats and this would be a nice addition to celestial.

I think both of them would be better, because some builds don’t use boons and othres don’t use conditions. So to make everyone heppy, both are better than just one. Also celestial is known to have “everything” on it.
Boon-Duration would be pretty nice and kinda fit in a “celestial”-theme.
yeah if they take the MF from the cele it would pretty much like kicking me in the kitten for spenting my money/time to get the new gear.
Definitely feels like a communication failure to create MF supporting armour right before announcing that MF will be removed..
Everyone making a connection between MF and Celestial stuff is making me have fits of giggling.
Celestial items have every single stat in them. Them having the same amount of MF% as MF% items while providing other bonuses is, in my opinion, an oversight by whoever works on that stuff. Same is obviously true for the Critical Damage % values.
Now let me ask: How many people would still get Celestial if the amount of Magic Find it provided was 2/3 of the MF on Traveler, Wayfarer and Explorer? That is, instead of providing 30% MF on the accessories, it would be 20%, while the armors would be 12% instead of 18%.

It depends on the class.
Elementalists and Engineers love celestial gear because all of their weapons scale on both Condition and Power/Crit.
It sucks for them that the best gear in the game for many of their specs is gated behind a rather hideous grind.
Changing MF to Boon Duration would be awesome in my opinion.
