Hi all, back after a long rest. I’ve really been enjoying the dailies on my Mes, helping with jump puzzles, etc.. Question, I occasionally need to teleport using a stone to help players (I help them along on JP’s and sometimes they get into a jam) and I am running low. How can I replace them? I read about 3rd bday, and wedding packs. But I’m past the 3 year mark, and I didn’t see any wedding packs on the gem shop. Is there a way I’ve missed?

Farm keys to open BL chests is one method I’ve used.

What is the drop rate (Stones) like?

I get them approximately every 4th to 5th? chest. I have many in the bank, and I don’t do my key-runs all that regularly.

Out of 326 chests I’ve logged, I’ve gotten 27, so around 8% per chest for me. Small sample, anectodal, etc.

That’s Wooden Potatoes’ guide to keyfarming (ironically, the video is 24 minutes, the run is 15-20). There are a bunch of ways to speed it up further, including using Maguuma Burls

You can only do one such keyrun per week, so if Kruljak’s anecdotal data is close to the true rate, you’d get only one T2F every few months.

Another method to farm keys is to complete open world maps (not towns, not Southsun). Some people have reported a 30% chance of a key (instead of transmute charges); most report less.

Of course, the most reliable source of keys is farming gold to buy gems to buy keys.

Have you considered letting them use their Teleport to Friend stone instead of you using yours? You’re helping them out so why not let them deplete their supplies? Just a thought.

echoing this sentiment, I only use the stones if I’m gonna pop at the end of a jp/at a world boss/a location on the map i don’t have yet/etc.

that is 8% chance or every 12th chest

with keyfarm: every 12th week or every third month (one key per week)

from shop:
25 keys for 2100 gems
= 1 gem card 20$ or 574 gold for 25 keys/chests
= 10$ or 287 gold for 12 chests/1 teleport
