Report Harassment?
I think players should only be able to make 5-10 siege a day per account, obviously commanders could make more..

That would be a nightmare tbh.
As in t1 you can take a tower,then lose it,then take it ect ect.
and if your the one only holding the sieges because ppl are to tight to buy them,you would use up more than ten sieges through out the day.
What would be better would be a handful ppl clicking on the siege and click de-spawn.
if enough ppl do it then the siege disappears.
So commanders can have control over the sieges as well by asking there followers to de-spawn it if needed.

Despawning siege isn’t the issue. Take a look at those screens I took. Our garrison originally has full 100% supply…this griefer, this harasser had used up 2/3rds of our supply before he finally left/disappeared from the map. There were some 20 rams he built just to drain supply. That should be reportable, that should be suspendable. He’s not just griefing one or two people, but our whole server on that map.
Oh so he’s saying able to use 10 supply’s on sieges a day.
that’s different,but still 10 supply’s a day is still to low.
Your always going to get lame spys on any server,not sure how anet can fix it,but lowing us from building is not the answer.
Even trebs takes a load of supply’s if your building one on your own.
That again would be a nightmare for low populated servers.
But i do agree there should be some sort of report for this type of behaver.
Pretty much any solution is more abusable or dreadfully limiting than the problem…
Why not report via the site/email… not rocket surgery to leave the game client if you are so hurt.

This is a brilliant idea. At least on paper. I’m not sure what the number could be to make it feasible though.
It can’t be low enough where it doesn’t do anything to stop the problem, and it can’t be too high or else it’ll be too hard to coordinate a larger number of people to do as you ask.

What possible disagreements could start in a dungeon run that would get one kicked from it?
I admit that I either run with a couple of RL mates and speaking with them the whole time, or am carrying my weight and then some – and generally don’t mouth off either way as I’m busy playing like a boss – so my experiences may not be typical, or like yours.

Send in those SS’s of the person draining resources to a-net customer service. Actions like that can cause them to ban the account.

Why not? When it’s someone who’s breaking the game’s rules and purposely harassing other players and/or interupting WvW by manipulating it for the enemy, shouldn’t they be publicly blasted, shamed, and banned?
A-Net needs to eye these things, especially on the dawn of the WvW Ranks and other such features coming out next week.

Yes because it is clearly against the rules. Placing siege weapons on vistas or spending all your gold on siege weapons just such that your server has a little extra chance to win, that is not against the rules.
Training is almost impossible, perhaps in Orr you can do it. Still there people do it because if you don’t run you can spend the whole day trying to reach arah.

And what if that person is not cheating or harassing anyone, but the person on the forum is either simply wrong or trolling? How can we – the average forum user – tell?
Before you know it, innocent people get branded as cheater or kitten, and can’t show their faces ingame anymore.
That is why it’s not allowed to post names here. Report to Anet and move on. Nothing else you can do.

Reporting harrasement should be done contacting support and providing them with as much evidence of the harrasement as possible – either pics or videos will work but remember to provide evidence – and as stated, posting pics with names in the forums is not allowed as it is considered character assassination. So please refrain from this behaviour in the future.
As this issue is answered, we are closing this thread.
