I believe this where you post “feedback” about the game?
As many of us know, the report button is kinda insufficient in many situations. The report button only has that many categories but sometimes, other players’ actions fall outside of these categories.
For example, if there are players creating troll sieges in WvW, in what category should we report them?
For example, if there are players intentionally suiciding in tpvp game to allow other team to win, in what category should we report them?
I am sure that many of us ended up just reporting these people by randomly picking one of the category which often doesn’t reflect the real situation. Personally, sometimes, I report them via support ticket though I know that the support team will just give me their standard template replies.
While there are people who use the report button over small childish conflicts, there are also people using the button on players who are causing genuine degradation to the quality of life for other players.
I hope anet improve their methods on handling problematic players who are ruining the fun for many other players.
If you see a player using an exploit, report it to exploits@arena.net

The reason these aren’t simply check boxes on the report button is they are generally more complicated issues and require an explanation of what is going on, make sure to include screenshots, date and time, server and map of when you observed the action.
What Karizee has posted is the correct way to handle griefing for GW2. That (time consuming) method generally precludes abuse by players trying to use the reporting system itself in an attempt to grief. It’s a decently balanced approach.
Understand you won’t get any feedback. And in the case of WvW, you will probably not get any resulting action and will continue to see the same person continuing their actions unabated. It’s one of the on-going issues that WvW players have highlighted.
Imagine I’m a n00b first time going into WvW and I start randomly throwing myself against walls. Is that a Reason for me to be reported?
^ Nope. I see people running into walls/corners all the time in WvW. Usually that just means they’ve lagged out.
