Reported someone for exploiting
Report them again. If someone is botting or exploiting, they will not be banned immediately. It will be investigated so the devs know what is happening and they can stop it.
It might even be that the character in question isn’t performing an exploit. However, only the devs have the final say on that.
The guy that I reported with video evidence is teleporting through walls. I’d say that is an exploit.
The answer to that would probably be that ANet has a lot on their hands, many goldsellers, scammers, exploiters to ban.
But I agree that it’s not very reassuring that a guy is still exploiting after 5 days of having being reported for it.
Assuming he’s really exploiting.

He might well be teleporting through walls, but they wouldnt do anything to the account until they found out how he was doing it. This takes time.

I’d say it’s more about the exploiter himself than about other players.
