With HoT, guilds have now become even more important than before. Small guilds are pretty much forced to join/form large guilds to gain access to all new features. With that said; why is there still no way for Guilds to broadcast recruitment and likewise players able to search for them in a well designed UI Guild Search? Why do we have to come to the forums to look?
Apologies if this has been brought up in another thread.

we have nothing atm, but players could have a place in main towns where they would only observe/access to a guild board of the guilds of their own server that are recruiting.
Something like a wall with post and notification were guilds could apply their recruitment.
(it would be cool to have this in map only, and not as a click button just for a bit of immersion).
At the very least they could add a guild search channel to the LFG tool.
Of course something more intricate would be preferable, but it would be a start I guess.
I would like to see a UI that has guild logo, description/creed, and stats; time zone info, preferred play times, current online count. To list a few.
I mean, even D3 has a pretty decent guild/community search tool.
Come on ANet, hook us up!
