Not sure if this is posted before, but since trait switching is going to be free and on demand now, we should have a “Saved” set or a “Favourites” set so we can easily switch between the traits. I asked my guildies and they said it would be awesome to switch between PvE, PvP and WvW traits on the fly.

Yes, it was suggest many times, even before the patch announcement.
But yeah, it would be great, just like it was in GW1, you could just paste a code and the build would be done, also you could save the templates and later just select it.
The problem is that in GW1 we had much lower gear possibilities, and in GW2 gear change builds a lot and not even in GW1 the gear was save in the build template, just the skills and “traits”.

Being able to swap trait templates on the fly in WvW would lead to a very very boring meta, especially when considering the growing number of hard counters they contain.

It’s heavily implied that anet is working on/ has plan to work in a build template system.

I would be satisfied with a simple chat command system for now if UI changes takes more time. Something like /trait [code] to change your traits.
