A question for A-Net.When you buy harvesting gear (mining pick, sickle etc.) from the gemstore.. would you possibly make it account bound as in equipped on every character once bought?… Annoying sometimes having to make bank trips to swap over when changing characters.

You can buy the account bound slots. Put the permanent tools in there and a set of regular tools on each char. Then when you select a char to play, open inventory and click on the tools to equip. At the end of playing on that day, open inventory and click on the tools again to put the permanent tools in there. You’ll never go to the bank to switch out again and the tools will be available for each char you have.

Think what she is meaning is do what is the same as the gold, no matter what char you login to it is there already without having to mess about with moving things around all the time would be alot easier

No doubt. How much are you willing to pay for it though? ANet isn’t going to do this for free. They might sell account bound harvesting tool slots but giving people the equivalent of up to 69 sets of harvesting tools for free (the highest number of character slots) is not likely.
