When has dwarfs as playable been rumored? That could be cool though if in next years living story we found a way to restore the dwarves from stone to flesh, could tie in to Primordus also.

I always enjoy seeing dwarves in mmos, but it seems they were phased out at the end of GW1 by their transformation to stone. At the same time (EotN expansion), asura and norn were introduced. I think (unfortunately), norn and asura fill much of the dwarf theme: norn have beards and the drinking obsession, and asura are…short.

I think dwarves tend to be more groupy and norn tend to be more individualistic.

I feel sorry that I posted this thread under the topic of “game suggestion” first and my acc became “infracted”.
May be others would think that the pic attached is used as adv rather than a reference only.

If dwarfs would return to Tyria i would be first to ask for dolyak and drake mounts just so i can ride them with my dwarf!!!

Dwarf females have beards. Norn women do not stand a chance against how hot that is. All females, no matter what race, body shape or how close they are to their own cultural beauty standards, they do not compare when there is a beard to compete.
I for one welcome our new bearded overlords.
I’ve always found dwarfs kind of ugly so probably no.
I want a largo though. So. Very. Badly.
