Guild Wars 2

Well i just recently decided to give GW2 second chance. But what i really wanted was a fresh start so i wasnt about picking any of my 3 lvl 80’s . So i made new Hero and BAM . Tone of reward chests, items , gold and stuff for achievement points ( we didint have any rewards for them then i was playing ) . So now no fresh start for me . I have 30gold already lol just for making that new hero and full inventory of crap.

There should be some way to reset your account really ;/ i would like to repeat my trip throu guildwars but not going to buy second game really.

The number of people who would want this type of feature does not warrant the costs and time to develop such a system.

I have never heard of someone who wants a complete account reset so that they would have all items, gold and achievement points reset.

Just buy another copy of the game..

Welcome back a lot has changed. Not a lot of players would like this feature. Although I can see some reasons why It would be liked.

If you want a fresh start is a lot harder due to the account wallet and account wide magic find. My advise spend what you can trash what you don’t want. If you think you may want some of it later create a solo guild and dump the coin there. Then create a mule and dump the items in the mule.

Give away all your gold. Buy what you can with laurels and badges. Dump everything in the inventory of a brand new character then delete it. Keep track of any leftover laurels and badges. When you have enough to buy something, buy then delete. Problem solved. No extra programming by ANet needed.
