Does the new Legendary Shield need Resonating Lodestones or why did they decide to put resonating slivers into the new fractal chests?
I mean, there is basically no demand for resonating slivers or lodestones, so why add them as a reward?

Ah, just checked the top of the wiki page, which said its earned from guild missions. Didnt see they also drop from the other fractal chests (and other bags)…
