Is it just me or do they need to seriously buff these two so they are more feared. I’m thinking buffing them to the levels that the dollies had from the wintersday presents so whomever is doing the attacking against a retaliation booned foe actually gets downed from their own hits. I mean that was the purpose, I thought to help protect people from 1 shot bursters.

Confusion can actually be nasty, you just need to pile on more than say 5 or so. Around that point each action by the target do as much damage as a burn tick.

Retaliation on the other hand is a flat out joke.

confusion and retaliation kinda works the same way (get dmg’d when you hit something), but confusion is much much better coz its stackable. i wish retaliation scales with your damage or toughness or something, to make it worthwhile.

Nope, it only scales with your own power.
