Hey guys!

Its been a while since i played (1 or more years) , and im thinking to come back if things are a bit better!

Is pvp still pointless ? I mean , do you still fight for a different coloured equip ? Dont tell me about leaderboards. Do you get any items form winning spvp ? Is w vs w still a massive pointless zerg ?

Single player was excellent i suppose there are many things to see there but i quit cause of luck of decent pvp.

So is there anything new for me ? Thanks in advance.

We got better PvP rewards now, including dungeon weapons and armor. Check the wiki for details.
WvW is what it has always been, really. You don’t have to zerg if you don’t like it, there’s always the roaming option. There are also seasons and rankings now, along with new rewards and achievements.

sPVP rewords are now better then before.Now sPVP has daily rewords where you unlock skins (ascalon,arah etc…),there are some new skins too.WvW is still the same – massive zerg but i dont mind that cause i always roam around with my thief.There are lots of roaming players so you dont need to zerg if you dont want to.There is also new WvW map called “edge of the mists” which is really awesome and majority of people loves it enough that map is always in Overflow.Its huge map with lots of npcs,new mechanics and lots of side paths.As Axelwarrior also said,we have PVP seasons for WvW now that rewords us with great skins.Last season gived us this
