Ok I logged on and notice the game has changed and the one thing I also noticed is my health ?
My tool is level 80 but his health is low for some reason, how do I fix this?

You are downscaled to level 9(if you look at the bottom left corner).

Oh I had no idea there was scaling, thank you for helping me out.
