Hello,

I am about to return to GW2 and I have only bought Living World so far.
Is there anything must do, when I start GW2 once it is finished downloading ?
Are there any returning players rewards, I should be aware of ?

Thanks in advance ^^

Well you just missed the 5 aniversiery box in the gemstore by like a week.

Was not much a black lion chest + a key to open it but still free stuff.

If you still got your characters all of them should have a birthday or more to pick up.

I guess I have 2 characters only, 80 mesmer and 15 rogue, but I will try to look at the birthday gift somewhere.

Thank you for advice

not sure what you are calling a rogue . or how long you not played . but can say if you been gone more than a year the game has changed a lot

I suggest you make a new toon so you can used to all the new stuff from the ground up

the only at best returning players rewards is birthday gifts . if you have a toon that is a year or older . other wise their is no returning players rewards at all but their is new stuff to do and enjoy good luck

no new system upgrades coming

Welcome back! There are no new returning player rewards other than getting to say hi to old friends and get called racial epithets in PvP. I think you meant “thief” for your rogue. I would try out some different classes and look up information on the new specs. You may want to level a new class now that you’re here so you can relearn the game and explore. I’m overall a big fan of Ranger for open world roaming for its combination of sturdiness and combat options, plus the incentive to explore everywhere to find new pets, but ymmv.
