Here’s a hint, leave out Dreamdark until you’ve gotten a hang of the controls, then come back and finish it.
There is a lot one can rage on about jumping puzzles, Dreamdark is not even in the top 10.

Truthfully, I never got very far in GW2 because I only recently got a computer that could handle the more intense battles. So Dreamdark is the only one that gave me any real trouble, because it’s the only one I got to.

Trust me, just leave it be. Don’t get frustrated over 1 jumping puzzles. Stick to things you enjoy, then come back later. It’s not that bad once you got used to the controls.
It’s been 3 years and you still haven’t accepted that the game isn’t for you.
