Well, since some kitten stole my PC last year, I’ve not had the opportunity to play — UNTIL NOW!!! MUAHAHAHAhahahahahhehehehmmm…..

So, in the name of just making myself incredibly jealous; what all awesome, never-coming-back stuff have I missed-out on? The last time I play was during the Halloween event, which was freaking awesome (even though that clock tower was truly maddening). I just logged on lastnight, and it seems I just missed some kind of political-event thing in Lion’s Arch? And, aside from the events themselves, what kind of rewards were around, that might not be returning?

Also… how do you pronounce the “Arch” in Lion’s Arch? Is it a hard “K” sound, or a “ch” like in chicken? These are the questions that need answering, my friends.

Well, what in the way of Vanity-items might I have missed? I think I got everything from the Halloween event, but like I said, nothing since. And will any of those things make appearances again, you think? Or are they one-time-only events/rewards?

You’ve missed some soul- or accountbound items that were tied to events. Some of them are still available on the trading post if they were not bound like the wings from Dragon Bash.

Aww, I missed out on the awesome wings? kitten ! I’ve seen those all over the place, and was hoping those were obtainable. Bummer >_<

Well, hopefully there’s some equally-cool stuff to look forward to in the future. Speaking of which, what’s the deal with this “Queen’s Jubilee” event? Are there any cool rewards that low-level players can earn (my highest is 17 atm)?

Find and follow the zerg in Queen’s Pavillion. You’ll not only level fast, but there’s plenty of awesome drops. You’ll be leveled to 80 when you 80 there for the duration of the event (though your skills won’t get unlocked). But it’s fast loot and leveling, and achievements, with chances to get some of the new skins.

Oh, that would be awesome!!! Although, I’ve only got 1g and some odd silver atm, hopefully I can work it up before the move up in price (is that for the regular wings, or the shattered, btw?)

Also, I’ll definitely give it a shot for leveling!!! I’ve actually been doing it anyways, just because it’s fun being in such a massive group, but I had actually thought I was leveling quite slowly. Does it just reward XP based on a percentage of your level or something?
