I applied all abyss dyes to this armor set and you can see that the Mistward armor (from becomming lv 80 revenant and completeling the special collections) has completely different colors from other armors…

Lots of armor sets have different material properties and therefore appear different when dyed the same color. This is nothing new.

Presumably they should dye the same, being heavy armor from the same set and not appearing to be made of different materials. I suggest you report it as a bug.

The chest and shoulders are not from the same set.

Ah. Ok. Then yah, they can dye differently across sets.

All you can do then, OP, is try different dyes to get a close match or use a contrast color on those pieces.
