It is Indecision.

I’ll have to think about that and decide later.

I would switch the description to, “the easiest way to waste money is indecision.” Typically, when there’s nothing I’m working towards, I’ll throw my cash at anything even remotely tempting as soon as I see it. But when I actually pick a goal and start saving, I find I can earn the money pretty fast.

You can apply this lesson to real life as well :/
