Hi Anet im rly happy with what we got so far but how about a celebration….I mean you remember the “mentors” from story how about a day when they will be alive again ?.Because dam i miss so mutch Tybalt and his jokes….And i think alot of veteran players will want to see them again for 1 day per year ?.Give use that option :P after all rytlock was in the mists…and hes back :P

In-game, it’s been 1-2 years since they went down, fighting zombifying minions, no less. That time has to be accounted for. We can handwave the claim that they were killed was a lie, but that doesn’t explain why they never returned and resumed their lives, if that were possible.

They died. We cried, we moved on.

It would be nice though to see they adding some kind of memorial for them in our home instance or our world, through a cutscene, something to make that more meaningful(?).

Please refrain from the Marvel-isation of characters.

If nobody ever really dies, it doesn’t mean anything. Cheating death all the time weakens any narrative. And if it does happen and someone doesn’t conveniently come back from the dead, players will riot.
better not go down that route.

Sieran never died though. As I mentioned before she escaped with her perma-mist form and got lost at sea, rescued by a ship, stranded on an island and eventually became known as Owain after going insane and losing all her coloring.
