Guild Wars 2

I just purchased the Riding Broom from the gem store and can’t get it to work. I double-clicked it in my inventory and my character is now holding it, but I can’t ride it. She just runs around holding it. Am I missing something, or is this a bug?

Also, I can’t figure out how to get rid of it (stop holding it).

When hold broom I think skill 1 make you ride it. To not use any more I think it is weapon swap key.

Thank you! I wasn’t looking down at my skills bar! I didn’t realize it gets “equipped” there (like the items you can pick up in the world). I’ve got it working (and “un-equipped”) now.
