Every so often I’ll see a huge rift open over merchants showing stars and a creature head coming out of it. Is this part of the bloodstone magic visions our characters see or something else; maybe an effect from another player’s legendary weapon?

It’s the 4th Birthday Mail Carrier, likely.

It sounds like the fourth year birthday mail carrier. It’s above players though. Not merchants.
