Rollback. Why is this happening ?
Ok I have finished the daily achievement one more time but the sad part is that this time It did not gave me additional Black Lion daily reward which I have obtained before the rollback from opening the daily achievement chest.

Imagine you work hard toward something and you loot something really valuable to you and then all in a sudden they move you back in time and you loose your progress.
I’m really worried about this happening in the future.

I am sorry I did not want to bump my post. I never do that and I am always using edit option when possible. The problem is that the edit post icon option on this forum is disappearing randomly. Sometimes re-logging helps sometimes don’t. If you have the ability to merge, please merge all my previous post into one. Thanks.

Did you bug report it? If I remember correctly, they don’t have anything in place to reward your item(s). Hopefully it is a 1 time thing. I know it is a bummer and sorry that you lost your item. If you are on Storm Bluff Isle send me a tell err I mean /whisper and I will make you something nice free of charge.

One thing that’s very consistent w/ ANet is never receiving replacements or helpful support when you suffer a glitch that’s their fault.
Something like the daily – just wait and get it tomorrow.
