Rox’s Quiver can be obtainable 6 month ago in Flame and Frost living story, anyone know since that, was it up for a moment? or no more chance to get it?
i like it very much, it’s one of the wonderful items in my opinion.
maybe up in black lion store again?

Pretty sure it was up again not too long ago, 1-2 months at most. So it is possible I guess that it may come back again. If not you can always craft a regular quiver at the mystic forge.
