Can we please get a way of seeing when the runes and sigils are up. I’m sure this has come up before so i dont need to explain way, i really shouldn’t have to anyway. Ill just say that its really important that we know when they are off cooldown so we can time skills better for the maximum effect.
Secondly can you please stop having runes and sigils proc when there is no reason for it. For example, rune of lyssa procs even though there are no conditions. Words cannot describe how irritating it is. It is bad enough in this condi meta having to play power rev that has abysmal cleanse (for no reason) without using an elite until i get hit with enough condis. Would be helpful if he runes and sigils did not proc unless there was at least one condition on the player.
