If I were to equip 2 of:

Major Rune of the Lich +15 Vitality +3% Condition Duration

Major Rune of Lyssa +15 Precision +7% Condition Duration

Major Rune of Balthazar +15 Power +10% Burning Duration

Does it just add up (3 + 7 + 10 = 20 (100 + 20%) = 120)

or is it cumulative (100 + 3% = 103 then +5% = 110.21 then add 10% = 121.231)

adds up
