Sorry if this has been asked a thousand times before, but i cant find an answer with searching……why on earth is superior rune of sanctuary soulbound?

I got into mixing up runes to make a lil cash…imagine my joy when I got 2 useless soulbound runes:(

Everyday I find something in this game that makes me go MEH!

And no the mehness hasnt driven me away just yet.
