Guild Wars 2

So I’m finally going to buy runes for my gear. I was looking at the Rune of Dwayna for my ele, since I normally run with a healing power/regen/condition removal build.

The rune bonuses are:
(1): +25 Healing
(2): +20% Regeneration Duration
(3): +50 Healing
(4): 5% chance to gain regeneration for 10 seconds when hit. (Cooldown: 30s)
(5): +90 Healing
(6): When you use a healing skill, you and all nearby allies gain regeneration for 5 seconds. (Cooldown: 10s)

Question: Does the increased regen duration apply only to me, or to anyone who I apply regen to?

for everything u apply. self or others.
