Guild Wars 2

I have a set of traveler runes. With how expensive the runes are, before the patch, I would use transmutation stones to apply those runes to a new armor with different stats. After the patch, I do not see a way of doing this….please tell me that I am missing something with this.

nevermind…..black lion salvage kit allows me to get the rune ^.^
