SAB D:
I gave up on SAB personally. I’m so terrible I couldn’t do it in infantile mode (got some good laughs though)
Still, all good things must come to an end. Besides, it’ll be back. I wouldn’t be surprised if they made April and September specific SAB months in the future.
Yeah I am not very good at it either but I really enjoyed playing it with friends. I never even beat the clocktower from last Halloween but I still had tons of fun trying over and over again and watching others attempting it too. Hearing all the jokes and using the tonics to transform during mini games and things. I love that stuff lol.
Well I hope SAB does come back very soon after it ends this month.
Honestly, SAB is one of the hardest things in GW2, especially world 2 pre-nerf! Not to mention, TRIBULATION MODE <3
“You can’t have more than 10 HS decks because that would confuse people”
“30 fps is more cinematic”
I didn’t have much luck with the clock tower either. Looking forward to trying it again this year though.
It’s not lag friendly… so… another content I find frustrating with 300-500 latency.
I really don’t know why it’s not permanent? What good reason is there?

What got nerfed?
The whole gong temple in world 2 zone 2, the geysers in world 2 zone 1 and some other minor things.

Yeah bring it on! I am gonna get it this time lol
I missed wintersday though. I wonder how that was.
Loved what I got to experience of it. Hopefully I can try the bell choir thing this year. It sounded like it was similar to like the silly rock guitar game, cant think of what its called at the moment. But I’m heading out for food, so I’ll catch you later.
Can’t stand SAB, if I wanted to play 16 bit CRAP I’d sell my PC and go back to playing Mario Brothers and Ms. Pac Man on the Nintendo.

You wouldn’t be playing GW2 if it weren’t for “16-bit crap”. :3
Show some respect for your ancestors.

Not into cheap clones of great games.
Cheap clones, really? …

Someone hasn’t played SAB. lol
Before SAB:
“I want to play Guild Wars 2. Not Mario!” – Common player complaint.
Anet gives Mario clone. Well played Anet.
I don’t really like SAB until I’m doing it for a while, and then I love it. I particularly like tribulation mode. It’s sooooo trolly. Like Anet is just trolling us, but it makes me laugh.

Could be because it sucks horribly as content.

I’ve never really gotten into SAB myself but it seems like a nice thing to do when I’ve got a bit of extra time here or there. So I’m all for making it permanent, but ANet seems to like having temporary content (which I guess is ok for seasonal events but I don’t see SAB in the same way as Dragon Bash Festival).
I’ve seen a couple of people complaining on the forums about how Living Story events should be more permanent and hopefully (since the next living story seems permanent) ANet will start playing around with more permanent content. Maybe by the time we have SAB V3 or V4 it might be permanent.

SAB is one of those things that SHOULD be permanent, so you can take your time with it, and do it once in a while as a time killer or for fun.
