On a more serious note, nice to see it back, would love to see if those “won’t play GW2 till SAB is back” will actually come back. Will definitely give it another try (did not enjoy it that much my fist time round, but got much better at JPs since).

Also do we know how long will it be here for? Never min till 19th found now in patch noted.

Maybe its an every year festival now. Or every few month.. I hope so.

Yes, SAB will leave on the 19th, because it’s seasonal content, like Wintersday.

Hopefully they set it up so that it’s easier for it to come back again in 6 months or a year. (Otherwise, a really weird way to spend their resources, which they admit won’t be enough to finish other things.)

I’ve never played it but it can’t possible live up to the hype.

The in-game email flat-out states that the Adventure Box will close when the festival ends.

As for “why”…. same reason other seasonal festivities end after a few weeks. I’m assuming this is now going to be a seasonal thing from now on, since they’ve seemingly worked out all the kinks with the changes to the engine that was preventing them from bringing it back in the first place. And calling it a “festival” specifically also points in that direction.

Well I would say that they worked few Months on this because the SAB was completely broken before HoT.

But YAY SAB is back.

This is what I had hoped as well. That way we can still farm tribulation mode to get the other colors (since world 2 takes/took forever to do just on normal).

It’s adorable, and it’s fun, but yeah, it’s definitely overhyped. Think of a Guild Wars 2 version of Mario Bros where you can use your own character.

If I were left here all the time, it would have no hype at all. That’s probably why it’s implemented this way.
