So ive finally had a go at SAB despite being unable to perform basic competency jumping.
Its hell – but I want that kitten backpack, there seems to be very little around on very basic stuff like – if I do zone 2 in Infantile mode ( because im struggling in normal) do I not get access to zone 3 the next time I play because that is whats just happened – do I not progress zones unless its in normal mode?
Also is that bauble bridge jump in zone 1 almost impossible? I tried a few times before I got it, in the vids everyone just seems to sail across.
Is any race better than others? is there such a thing as jump ‘box’ like hit box? im using a sylvari
And if any Devs are reading – for the love of God – remember jumping is supposed to be a sideline interest, im already annoyed the only new skins in the game require good jumping skills, I don’t want to see any more of this in new content.

there is no world 3. there is only world 1 and 2 at the moment.

you have to literally get the jump right on the edge of the platform, which isn’t easy the first times you try it. so, not impossible, but needs a bit of practice.

On the world Q, it was having access to zone 3 in world 1 after I had killed the zone 2 boss was what I meant – ive killed him ( eventually) but when I went back to the hub there was no choice to get to zone 3, is it because it was killed in infantile or is it a bug?

@ OP: I believe you can access Zone 3 after finishing Zone 2 in Infantile mode. I mean, there’s even an achievement for it, so….
Edit: Oh! You may have to let the game move you to Zone 3 after finishing Zone 2, first, before being able to access it from the lobby. (Read your later post.)
For that particular jump, you can use Dodge-Jump, or, if there are any barrels around (not sure if there are, or not) that give the Swiftness boon, you could use that.
You can do the jump near the end of zone 1 without dodge jumping or using a barrel (although there is one right by the checkpoint), it’s all in the timing. Jump really late, so late that you think you’ve run off the edge and you see yourself start to drop slightly.
