The soulbound runes that you get from either the vendor or the forge, how bout instead of soulbound (as getting them from the forge can suck if done on the wrong character), why not account bound?

My suspicion is that within the next few feature packs that we will see runes and sigils get the wardrobe treatment.

Suggestion – Make your subject header more informative.
