If the commanders had in their text chat a different color, it would greatly help to maintain order in the events of the Living World and WvW.

I can agree with this one. Knowing who is a commander in chat is easier than having to sort through everyone.

This would end up with people buying commander tags just for color.

If it was just their names but not the words it would reduce the spam.

We can still report, but yeah, annoying.

Speaking of spam, I have not seen many spams in LA. They were constantly flooding about fast leveling, lots of money, etc (good job, Anet!).

like how people currently get commander just for the dorito tag? not as common as I once thought it would be.
could be a 2nd upgrade: general. 1000g + 1000 badges, must already have commander tag.

I would only want this if it was just the names. Lion arch would just be more horrible to go into if it was everything.
