[SUGGESTION] Daily achievements progress bar
It’s already flexible enough, to be honest. The revives and interrupts can be a bit annoying when they pop up, but the idea is that you either do them for the reward or you don’t. Missing out on one AP here isn’t going to kill you.
Oh don’t worry I’m not telling the actual system is bad ! It’s just that I think that for a daily reward system, the more flexibility we have, the better it is

I like the tick-box system we have at the minute. It’s clean, simple and you can choose (and see your choices and your progress in them) which achievements to go for.
Yeah I understand that, but in my mind it looks like the picture at the end of the post
So you still can pick what you want to do, and each time you do something, every counters are updated. I don’t know if I’m clear enough xD

I think you need to go and reread the http://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Daily in it’s entirety. There is no way that this idea will ever happen; nor does it even make any real sense. You have completely missed the entire point to the “daily”.

So … you want to get your daily done by doing the same things as we do now or alternatively doing something like just mining 100 ores (20*5) or just getting 15 skill points (3*5) and so on?
That sounds even more lazier than it is now.
In your idea someone who click in a skill scroll 15 times would get the same reward as a player that do the PvP matches, do the WvW objectives and the PvE dailies.
(and the other 8 elite specs maxed too)

Actually there would be no more numbers than what we have now. They just would have a different signification :p

I’d prefer no daily at all. But I got your point, and thare are some dailies that would not really fit with my system. But I don’t exactly remember when, a friend of mine who exclusively do PvP said to me that if stuck at 4/5 and was force to do some PvE in order to complete the daily. If 6 of his PvP granted him 2 dailies he would have been happy And that’s just an exemple.
But yeah, I know my idea is not perfect. Maybe some of the success would still be locked to one (or 2, or 3) time(s) per day, or just deleted, but I really think more flexibility would be nice. BTW, when I say the limit should be lvl 12, I think it can also be just 5, only the daily, but by “playing as we want” (but I didn’t propose that in my inital post because I don’t think AP hunters would be happy with that xD )

Daily PvP match <- 1/5
Daily PvP kill or Capture <- 2/5
Daily Kill <- 3/5
Skill Point Accumulator or Recycler or Leveler<- 4/5
Daily dodger or cond applier or cond remover <- 5/5
All the above can be done every day in PvP, if your friend want to do daily exclusively on PvP every day he can do that easily, it may takes a few more minutes, but if he likes pvp then he doesn’t have anything to complain.

Nope, if you want to get 12 APs from daily you actually need to play all the 3 game modes, with your suggestion one could also get 12 AP from just mining ore for example.

Yeah for today it works perfectly fine (and for almost 99% of the time to be honnest), but there was one day he couldn’t (as I said I can’t remember when, and maybe it happened other times, I don’t really know))
Actualy if you want to get 12 AP you need to play only to modes : PvP and WvW But my point was just that clicking on 3 scrolls, speak to the laurel merchant or mining 20 ores grants you 1 point while doing 3 complete PvP fight is also only 1 point. The problem is the same ^^

The ones I didn’t add an option are available 100% of the dailies, and each line I wrote of daily option at least 1 of the options will be available, for sure.
And yeah, PvP and WvW can give you all the dailies .
In small scale both current and your suggestion is very similar, but when you look at 10 AP for example, talk with a laurel merchant 10 times or gather 100 nodes compared to 3 PvP matches + 5 PvP Kills + 50 Kills + 3 Skills + 20 gathering + 30 ambient + 5 events + 15 interrupts + 10 recycles + laurel merchant … seems almost absurd to reward the same thing.
