Safe to come back
The DDOS attack from two days ago has passed. Its been fine since yesterday.
So i don’t know if to ask this in this forum or in anther. Is it safe to log in and not get DC? Couldn’t even do daily’s few days ago and just gave up for a few days.
I’ve been playing fine for the last 24 hours or so.
There was an attack on part of the internet that connects us to the game. Since that’s completely outside of anyone’s control, it’s impossible to say if/when another attack will begin.
If the forums are up, you can presume the game is, too. If you don’t see front-page posts about disconnects, you can presume that the game has been up for “a while”.
You can use one of the various websites out there to check the status of GW2’s servers, e.g.

Some sites tell if you the game servers are up, some tell you if there are reports of outages. None will tell you if it’s “safe” to return.
