Sales??????
Contact support. They may be able to help you.
We here cannot, we’re just players.
But… when you bought it… you knew that you would have to pay 60€, doesn’t you? So it was worth 60€ for you. Of course its unlucky that this sale started so early after you bought it, but that’s the point of sales, isn’kitten
If you buy a jeans or somthing for 30€ and the next day it’s reduced to 20, you can’t get the 10€ back, thats just logical.

Actually you can. Most stores will return you the €10,- within x days of the sale.
You can contact the CS Team and ask about the sale, but you are probably outside the window for any kind of adjustment. No harm in asking, though, but remember that with these kinds of sales, the amount of tickets increases dramatically, and support response times become longer than usual.
Good luck.
I’ve bought a lot of gem store stuff days before they go on sale so I understand how annoying it can be
suffice to say though it’s just bad luck im afraid..

Its pretty common for retailers to allow this actually.
In general they do not want potential customers to hold off on spending money out of fear of missing a sale. During this holding off period the customer might change his mind about the product or find it elsewhere.

This. When I worked at a major retail clothing store, we were told that we should honor any returns done due to an item that went on sale within a certain amount of time after the purchase (usually around two days).
So yeah, it is a common thing with CERTAIN types of sales, but obviously every company has its own rules about it.

Indeed.
Also, it is actually legally required in some areas.
