Guild Wars 2

I have a Guild Pillar transmuted with a krytan staff for the krytan staff skin. In that item I have a superior sigil of battle. The game won’t let me salvage my sigil from it. Is there a solution that will allow me to recover it? That won’t cost more than buying a replacement sigil. Thanks in advance.

Nope, cheapest option is to buy a replacement. Only other option is to buy a stupidly expensive upgrade extractor, which is something in the ballpark of 30g worth of gems.

Darn I was hoping I was just overlooking something. Had I know this would not salvage out I would have never put it in the item. After all the items used to make the item both cost coin so I don’t get why it was made not salvageable. The guild pillar was 3g + 7 com and came with no upgrade on it. The other item was a loot drop. I would sort of expect that I could salvage my upgrade. Not like there is anything to exploit there. But anyways I guess I have no choice but to buy it again and hope that they fix this in the future.
