Salvage the temple armor for the runes only
I’d love for karma armor to be salvageable, but I don’t see it happening. It would make it too easy to get silk and leathers.
Won’t an upgrade extractor do this?(Though the cost would be justified only if the upgrades were pretty expensive)
Isn’t WvW armor salvageable for the runes only? They should make the temple/karma armor the same.

Excluding Herald runes, the highest rune on the TP right now is Rune of Tormenting at ~19g.
It currently costs ~44g for 250gems to buy a single extractor.
It’s not even close to worth it.

Making them salvageable could give just the runes back (with a black lion salvage for guarantee) + a couple liquid karma containers.

It’s only really worth it if for whatever reason you ended up sticking a Preserved Queen Bee or Refractor in your exotic temple armour then?
Yeah salvaging for runes and a bit of karma seems a good option, it would be similar to wvw armor giving runes and a few badges.
