Title says it all, I was trying to salvage my Yassith’s Viper chestpiece, however I somehow managed to salvage my ascended bow I JUST made today. I was curious if there was any way to possibly restore the bow? I’ve checked around, most say i’m S.O.L but I just wanted to clarify I support cannot help me with this before I spend another week farming.. Thanks guys!

PS: Try not to throw the hate on the guy who decided it was a good idea to craft right when he woke up. =D.

It happens, and sadly there is no way to recover the item after salvaging it. So have fun farming

I don’t think they’ll assist you with that. Sorry for your loss, but hopefully you learn from this experience and wake up a little bit when there’s an “are you sure” message with pink or purple text in it from the sheer terror of repeating your mistake again!

You can contact the CS Team and ‘Submit a Request’ for assistance. They often replace items of greater value. It can’t hurt to ask.

They can and have helped people in this very situation.

They have helped me with basically this exact issue twice now. I would strongly suggest getting in contact with support. Make sure you have a good idea of what time it happened, on what character, etc.

Hey there, this has happened to me before and I submitted a ticket like… a year after it happened because I wasn’t aware about the ticket feature. They immediately responded, and sent me my two ascended pieces I deleted. Best of luck to you

Are you sure you were awake? Maybe it was just a nightmare….I have had that same one
