Does salvaging items for ectos rate get lower the more you salvage? Just like drop rate gets lower after farming same mobs over and over?

Its not changed at all. You got to get out of the mind set that the salvage before effects the salvage after. Each time you salvage something you have the odds of the kit that your using. If its was 25% then you have a 25% chase to get your ecto the same for the next time and the same for the next time it never goes up or goes down. I am not sure how the odds are for getting 1-3

Why does it always seem after alot of salvages I get no ectos though. Everytime… I wish a moderator could comment on this.

Nope. I once salvaged 200 items at once and didn’t get any sort of DR.
